Each meal is packaged in microwave and freezer-capable containers, which will serve one person a restaurant-sized portion.
The meals will last 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
We suggest warming in the microwave at half power for 60 seconds, check if warm enough and continue for 30 second intervals at half power until you’re happy with the results. If using the oven, remove food from the plastic containers, use a proper cooking vessel and place in a 350F oven until warm, checking every 20 minutes until satisfied.
