25th ANNUAL KIDS SUMMER CAMP
IN THE KITCHEN 2022
Teaching kids how to cook and the love of preparing great food is our primary goal. We assume no particular cooking experience even though some kids have more advanced skills than others, kids with very little cooking experience will find our program very helpful and lots of fun. All summer camp classes are hands on and kids will receive copies of the recipes that we prepare and eat all of the food we create.
Classes are designed for kids between 8 and 15 years old.
2022 SUMMER CAMP SCHEDULE
Join us in the kitchen for a hands on cooking camp!
Each week campers will learn valuable cooking techniques and prepare a wide variety of foods.
We create 5-6 recipes per day. The week starts with learning the basics of cutlery, how to read & understand
a recipe and the practical art of ‘mise en place’.
We will cover such topics as baking yeast breads, homemade pastas, tortillas, soups, salads,
ethnic dishes, entrees, lots of veggies and of course desserts! Listed below is

Enrollment limited to a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 campers
Summer Camp costs $250.00 per camper per week and includes a recipe book for campers to keep.
KIDS Cooking Camp meets Monday-Friday 9am – Noon
