Kid’s Cooking Summer Camp 2024

Camp is in one week sessions, Monday through Friday from 9am-Noon.

Campers will:

  • Learn valuable cooking techniques
  • Prepare the specific theme recipes
  • Create 5-6 recipes per day
  • Learn the basics of cutlery
  • Practice reading and understanding a recipe
  • Understand the practical art of “mise en place”.
  • We will cover such topics as baking yeast breads, homemade pastas, tortillas, soups, salads, ethnic dishes, entrees, lots of veggies and of course desserts!
  • On Friday campers will show off their new skills by creating a gourmet lunch for themselves and one guest

Summer Camp costs $275.00 per camper per week and includes a recipe book for campers to keep.

Requirements to attend cooking camp:
Ages 8-15 and an interest in cooking.
No special skills needed.

Event Details

Class time is from 9:00am until 12:00pm Monday through Friday. Please remember to send your camper with their apron and cookbook every day.

On Fridays, we will prepare a Gourmet Lunch! Each camper may invite one guest (Mom or Dad, etc.) to join us for lunch on Friday prepared by the campers.
