If you’d like to learn to cook or perfect your skills or learn new techniques and recipes, we’ve got just the answer for you – Private Cooking Lessons for one to three people in your home kitchen. We start with basic Cutlery Skills, progress to Cooking Methods and Techniques and prepare some new recipes to showcase your new skills. Work with a professional chef in a hands-on lesson to become the home cook you’ve always wanted to be. |Adult Hands-On Cooking LessonsA fun, tasty way to spend a few hours together making some really great food and enjoying a glass of wine or two. Classes have limited enrollment to ensure that everyone learns each technique involved in the preparation of the dishes. Enjoy the food you prepare and take home copies of all the recipes.
Location: Classes are taught in the commercial kitchen of the Church of the Good Shepherd at 639 Edgewater Drive in Dunedin, FL.

Dunedin Cooking Class: New ways cooking seafood, Hands-On Cooking Class

Cost: $75 per person, includes all recipes, ingredients, instruction, food and wine
Location: Our classes are at our catering kitchen, 639 Edgewater Dr., Dunedin.
Class Description: One of the benefits living in Florida is access to fresh seafood. The challenge is to learn new ways to prepare it – this class will equip you with the techniques and ingredients to WOW your family and friends with delicious seafood.
In class we will prepare the following recipes:
Grouper – two ways, Francese and Nut Crusted
Mahi Mahi Vietnamese
Ale Steamed Mussels
Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon
Whole Baked Red Snapper
Crab Stuffed Flounder
Cheesy Polenta Cakes
Raspberry Creme Brulee
We will eat portions of each item made in class as well as enjoy some great wine
