Cup of Seafood Chowder; Seared Sea Scallop on a Chip; and Mushroom Goat Cheese Polenta Cake made with Firefly Farms Fresh Goat Cheese from Maryland topped with Maryland Lump Crab Meat

Paired with Sergent du Roy Sancerre

SECOND COURSE:
Wine Marinated and Charcoal Grilled Leg of Lamb with Beehive Cheddar Roasted Potatoes

Paired with Tenuta di Arceno Chianti Classico

THIRD COURSE:
Duck Gumbo with Smoked Sausage and Spicy Sausage and Pearled Farro

Paired with Domaine de Leyre-Loup Fleurie

FOURTH COURSE:
Simmered Winter Boneless Short Ribs & Maytag Blue Cheese over Carolina Gold Rice

Paired with J. Bookwalter Cabernet

FIFTH COURSE:
Ricotta Cheesecake with a Zinfandel Chocolate Drizzle with Beehive infused Cheese

Paired with Seghesio Sonoma Zinfandel
