Floribbean cuisine is a combination of two cuisines – Floridian and Caribbean. It represents all the cuisines that evolved in or migrated to Florida. Its roots can be traced not only to the Caribbean, but also Latin America, Asia, Africa, and Europe.

FIRST COURSE:
Papusas filled with Scallions & Queso Crema Cheese
paired with TBD Wine

SECOND COURSE:
Beer Steamed Florida “Pinks” Shrimp topped Salad of Spinach, Grapefruit, Lardons

with Buttermilk Creole Mustard Dressing

Paired with Craft Beer and TBD wine

THIRD COURSE:
Jamaica’s Jerk Mon Chicken with Florribean Blue Cheese Cole Slaw
paired with TBD

FOURTH COURSE:
Grilled Swordfish with Fermented Black Bean Butter &
Mashed Yams with Aged Asiago Cheese
paired with TBD 

FIFTH COURSE:

Caribbean Sliced Flank Steak Yuca Hash Browns and
Roasted Cauliflower in Creamy Gruyere Cheese Sauce
paired with TBD

DESSERT

Dessert-Tropical Fruit Crisp, Double Gloucester Cheese
paired with TBD

Price $95.00 per person which includes all of the cheeses, wines, the Gourmet Meal and recipes.
