From Finland – Venison Sausage; Sweden – Meatballs; and Norway – Salmon Coulibiac (Salmon in Puffed Pastry) and Danish Blue Cheese.

Fattoush Salad with Shrimp includes pieces of fried pita bread, seasonal vegetables and tossed in a zesty Mediterranean dressing, served with Sheep’s Milk Feta Cheese

Chicken Biryani (prepared with blended Indian Spices, Tomatoes, Yogurt) over Saffron Rice with Paneer Cheese

Churasco, Ribeye Steak & Chimichurri Sauce and served with Purple Potatoes topped with Provoleta (Grilled Provolone Cheese)

Pavlovas (a dish created in honor of the dancer, Anna Pavlova, during one of her tours to Australia and New Zealand in the 1920s) filled with Cranberry Compote
