French Cheeses are used in gourmet dishes and paired with a complementing wine from Vineyards in France.

 

THE MENU

The evening begins with a Cheese & Pate’ Course

Cabecou d’Autan (Goat Cheese),  Fourme de Cantal (uncooked cow’s milk cheese),
Reblochon Cheese and Country-style Patė
(made from Pork and Veal with Calvados and Juniper Berries)
with Toast Points
paired with Champs De Provence Rose

Second Course

Rack of Lamb Persillade (topped with Garlic, Parsley Butter Sauce)
served with Provencale Ratatouille

Paired with Chateau de Parenchere Bordeaux Superieur

 Intermezzo

Apple & Calvados Sorbet

Third Course

Seared Onglet (Skirt) Steak with Tartiflette
(a Gratin of Potatoes, Bacon & Reblochon Cheese)

Paired with Maison Castel Grand Reserve Cabernet

Le Dessert

Grande Marnier Creme Brulee
Paired with Chapoutier Banyuls

Price $85.00 per person which includes all of the cheeses, wines, the Gourmet Meal and recipes.
