Apple & Calvados Sorbet
Seared Onglet (Skirt) Steak with Tartiflette
(a Gratin of Potatoes, Bacon & Reblochon Cheese)
Paired with Maison Castel Grand Reserve Cabernet
Grande Marnier Creme Brulee
